On Tuesday 11th December, Chelmsford Cathedral was host to one hundred and ninety-seven of our students and their families and friends for the annual Christmas Concert. The Cathedral was full to the rafters and it was delightful to hear all in attendance joining together in song and the spirit of Christmas.
All our extra-curricular ensembles were involved in the concert and each contributed memorable performances in what was a diverse and entertaining programme.

"Congratulations to everyone involved in the concert last night - the organisation was superb. All the soloists were amazing, the confidence of the young students was a credit to the school. I hope to hear more from the samba band; they really enjoyed their performance. As Simon & Garfunkel are one of my favourites from the 60s, I have to say the Top Secret Choir was my highlight of the evening.  The Year 7 choir came a close second - I was amazed that within four months of starting school in September they rose to the occasion and gave a brilliant performance - there will have been lots of proud parents in the audience. A special thanks to Mrs Evans and Mr Bentley - they are wonderful." Mrs C Evans, Governor
