Concerns and Complaints

Great Baddow High School takes concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

The majority of concerns and complaints can be dealt with swiftly and effectively when complainants bring these directly to our attention and refrain from publicising the details of their complaint on social media, and respect confidentiality.

We understand however, that there are occasions when people would like to raise their concerns formally. In this case, Great Baddow High School will attempt to resolve the issue internally, through the stages outlined within this complaints procedure. 

The prime aim of Great Baddow High School’s policy is to resolve the complaint as fairly and speedily as possible. Formal complaints will be dealt with in a sensitive, impartial and confidential manner.
