Essex School Direct is the largest and most successful teacher training provider in Essex. We work in partnership with TES Institute and are currently training over 60 teachers, both primary and secondary, in over 20 ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ schools in; Chelmsford, Epping Forest Harlow and Havering. We’ve already recruited over 50 trainees for next year and are looking for a few more to join this wonderful profession in September.

If you are considering a new career challenge during these uncertain times – and you have a degree you are not fully utilising – then teaching could be for you. You may even know someone who is about to graduate and is exploring future career options.

For those who want to learn more about our programme, we will be hosting small-group or individual ‘Coffee, Cake & Chat’ sessions in Great Baddow High School every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 10am. (We can arrange other times on request.)
